Employment:
Full Time
- preparing resumes of Manager
- arranging interviews for Manager
- coordinating with PRO
- responsible for staff files, records and up to date
- organizing files
- email, faxes and other corespondents
- general Admin duties
REQUIREMENTS
University Qualifications: Bachelor Degree
Nature and length of previous experience: Min 5yrs
Specialist knowledge: Admin and HR experience
familiar with basic Dubai labor laws
Soft Skills and Personality traits: min 5 yrs experience
organizational skills
communication skills
multi-tasking skills
presentable
work well under pressure
