JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- To develop, continually improve and support in implementing the Admin support offerings, including end-to end customer service, data analytics & reporting, projects and process improvement and attendance management.
- Responsible for driving best practice, new ways of working and seamless service delivery in line with the agreed service catalogue and Business Support strategy.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & Experience
- Security (General) : 3+ Years
- 12 Years schooling or equivalent

Experience in Human Resources / Administration or Shared Service Knowledge/skills:
- Proficient Planning and Organizing Skills
- Proficient Supervisory Skills
- English Level 6
- Proficient Quality Orientation Skills
- Proficient Communication Skills
- Advanced Safety Awareness Skills
- Proficient Writing Skills
- Proficient Data Collection and Analysis Skills
- Proficient IT and Computer Literacy Skills
