Position Title: Admin Officer - Paints Manufacturing
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai or Umm Al Quwain, UAE

About the Client:
A global Petrochemical Group of Companies that trades and manufactures a wide array of paints and coating products

Job Description:
- Manage the renewal process for licenses, permits, certificates, contracts, subscriptions, Mirsal codes, GPS trackers, and other documentation across various government entities including DMCC, JAFZA, DED (Dubai & Abu Dhabi), Dubai Chamber, Civil Defense, Dubai Trade/Customs, SIRA, Trakkeer, MOH, and other relevant bodies.
- Prepare and draft official letters for government entities, telecom companies, RTA, Concordia, ENOC/EPPCO, MOFA, banks, and other stakeholders as required.
- Process and draft new and renewal tenancy contracts and Ejari documents, ensuring all updates are made in the DMCC portal for companies registered within DMCC.
- Handle the installation of new VIP tags for vehicles through ENOC/EPPCO, processing requests via online systems, station visits, or office interactions.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Open to Arabic nationalities
- Female, 27 – 38 years old
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years experience in administrative roles, preferably from paints manufacturing or any petrochemical companies

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
