JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Maintaining records: Keeping track of inventory levels, stock purchases, and sales records on the ERP System
• Inventory management: Ensuring that the store always has the necessary inventory in stock and that it is stored and displayed appropriately.
• Handling deliveries: Receiving deliveries and ensuring that they are stored properly.
• Customer service: Assisting customers with their queries and concerns regarding the products and services.
• Maintaining cleanliness: Ensuring the store is always kept clean and organized.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a good hand in using MS Office and ERP systems.
• Performing administrative tasks: Assisting in administrative tasks such as maintaining schedules, booking appointments, and coordinating with other departments.
• Managing paperwork: Handling all the paperwork related to the store, including invoices, bills, and receipts.
