JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client, a well-established company in Dubai, is seeking a dedicated Admin Officer to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Manage and organize office files, records, and correspondence
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documentation
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Support various departments with clerical tasks as needed
Requirements:
- UAE National (with valid family book)- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
