To provide high-level administrative, secretarial, and coordination support to the higher management, ensuring efficient daily operations, confidential handling of information, professional communication, and smooth execution of executive priorities.

Requirements:
Executive & Calendar Management
• Manage GM’s daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and travel plans
• Prioritize appointments based on urgency and importance
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action follow-ups

Documentation & Correspondence
• Draft professional emails, letters, reports, and presentations on behalf of GM
• Maintain confidential executive documents and contracts
• Organize physical and digital filing systems
• Track approvals, signatures, and executive decisions

Communication & Coordination
• Act as main point of contact between GM and internal/external stakeholders
• Screen calls, emails, and visitors professionally
• Coordinate with department heads on reports, deadlines, and updates

Reporting & Administrative Support
• Prepare management reports, summaries, and presentations
• Collect departmental data for GM review
• Monitor action items and follow up on assigned tasks

Office & Executive Support
• Arrange executive meetings, board meetings, and business events
• Handle travel bookings, visas, and accommodation
• Support HR, finance, and operations with executive-level admin tasks
