Position Title: Team Leader
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai-based rental service offering cars, yachts, and water sports equipment .
Job Description:
- Supervise daily branch activities including vehicle check-outs, returns, reservations, and customer support.
- Lead, coach, and guide staff to ensure high service quality and adherence to operational standards.
- Coordinate with the fleet team for vehicle availability, maintenance scheduling, and quick turnaround.
- Handle escalated customer issues, ensure timely resolution, and maintain positive customer satisfaction ratings.
Requirements:
- Open to Indian & Filipino national, Female, 30 years old and below- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
- At least 3 years relevant experience in car rental, automotive, or hospitality industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with car rental management systems (RMS) is an advantage.
Salary:
AED
6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
