JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Liaise between cinemas and management to ensure delivery of smooth operations
• Assist Operations Director in day to day coordination and management of business operational activities
• Manage the calendar and meetings of Operations Director including monthly attendance time-keeping in HRIS
• Manage the petty cash of Operations Department in Head Office
• Prepare, monitor and control cinema vouchers and complimentary tickets
• Check cinema petty cash replenishments before forwarding to Accounts for Operations
• Coordinate with cinema sites regarding various requisitions related to operations and relay to inter-department/ support units (Procurement, Maintenance, Finance, IT, Technical, Logistics, Housekeeping and Call Center)
• Coordinate various HR requests and approve via Adrenalin system (HRIS)
• Abide and monitor standard operating procedures for efficient business operations
• Manage inventory management of various cinema supplies and gift vouchers
• Prepare various documents related to Operations (Memorandums, Letters, etc)
• Prepare various documents related to Media Space sales (Sales Quotations, SAF, Purchase Order, etc)
• Manage calls/ emails from internal and external sources regarding operational queries
• Performs other adhoc assignments as needed by Director
REQUIREMENTS
• 2-4 years of Experience
• Bachelor’s degree of any field
• Excellent in oral and written English
• Computer Skills (MS Office and Power Point)
• Strong Personality and ability to handle pressure
• Can multi-task, keen sense of organization and well-groomed
