JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Answering phone calls, processing orders, dispatch, and general filing
- Follow-up, track and send invoices thru emails
- Can do all general administration tasks
- Female candidates must have their own visa
- Willing to work at Musaffah Area, Abu Dhabi
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred

REQUIREMENTS

- Open to Filipino nationals
- Male/Female, 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma or any equivalent field
- With at least 3 years of hands-on experience on the same field
- Strong understanding of figures and numbers, invoices, and admin task
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (MS Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication skill is highly desirable
- Must be a Non-smoker
