JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Execution of all Administrative/Receptionist tasks.

Receiving/making/forwarding calls to concerned persons if and when required.
Office Supplies: Monitoring and purchasing supplies for all offices.
Managing the PR/ PO process for all Office administration related activities.
Liaise with companies for repairing of electrical, plumbing, A/Cs and other office equipments for all locations.
Assist in activities related to developing a conducive & cherished work environment ie. Celebrating birthdays/farewells/welcome etc. occasions
In charge of safekeeping of all master keys of warehouse, office & labor camps.
Preparation of all training/development material.
Responsible for all travel related matters ie. Visa processing/monitoring, tickets & hotel reservations for guests.
Develop greater pool of vendors and maintain good relations.
Complete all administrative requirements for company events.
Manage the petty cash account for the head office.

REQUIREMENTS

University Qualifications: Graduate Degree
Nature and length of previous experience: 3 yrs+
Specialist knowledge: Administration or Reception
Soft Skills and Personality traits: Good communication skills
Very organized and good planning skills
Ability to work independently
Result oriented
Nationality Preference: Emirati
Language Fluency: Arabic & English
Current Location: UAE
