Administration & HR Specialist
For a leading logistics company based in JLT (not far from the Metro).
Dubai – 10k per month + private medical and travel insurance.
Ticket and bonus.

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department and managing day-to-day office operations. The role involves handling employee relations, managing HR records, coordinating recruitment processes, overseeing benefits administration, and ensuring smooth internal operations within the office.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels of employees and stakeholders
• Capable of handling confidential matters with discretion and integrity

Salary:
AED 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
