JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Charterhouse is working with a large retail holding company that has more than 1,000 employees in the UAE and distributes a number of high profile fashion brands from around the world. Our client is looking to hire an Administration Manager to join their busy Dubai office.
You will be responsible for the external legal requirements regarding the office to include trade licenses, contracts and leases, agreements and insurance. You will work with the legal team to proof read documentation and compare against standards. You will also be responsible for office purchasing, administration related to archiving, the database as well as ensuring that front office staff, cleaning contractors and drivers are all working effectively. You will schedule travel for Heads of Departments and manage the appraisal process for the office support staff.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate should have management experience and have worked in a busy office environment in a previous role. You should possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to negotiate and deal with a large number of external agencies. It is essential you are familiar with legal documentation and have experience of applying for and renewing trade licenses in Dubai.
