We are looking for a motivated, flexible Administration Officer to play a role in a successful growing team.

- To play an active role as a team member in providing administrative support to the organization.
- Undertake general administration tasks as required by management.
- To maintain strict confidentiality in relation to the work undertaken.
- Supervise and liaise with staff and delegate responsibilities.
- Ability to prepare reports, presentations and minutes to a high standard.
- Receive and respond to and initiate correspondence and other documents.
- Ensure an up-to- date knowledge of policies/procedures, services and relevant UAE laws.
- Develop and implement goals, objectives and manage policies and procedures.
- Must be able to evaluate, train and develop staff and provide leadership and guidance to staff.
- Must take corrective action and decision-making when required.
- Must have experience reporting into a top level of management/ the board and be of strong nature with excellent communication skills.
- A high level performer and dynamic.
- Must have a stable career track record with a relevant qualification in business administration.
- This is a key role and is, therefore, suitable for candidates who have been in such a position previously.
