JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

My client is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their fast paced team. The responsibilities will include the following:
- Basic diary management
- Travel arrangement
- Core administrative support
- System updates
- Invoicing
- Collections
- Filing
- Meeting and greeting clientele
- Dealing with queries via telephone and email

REQUIREMENTS

- Previous and solid administrative support experience within fast paced environments.
- Well presented
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to prioritise a heavy workload
- The ability to thrive within a pressured environment
- Must be able to work to strict deadlines
- PC literate, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint
