JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Responsibilities:
• Providing administrative support to employees and Management
• Greeting guests, answering calls and emails
• Ordering office supplies and replacements, ensuring that office runs efficiently
• Managing mail and courier services
• Scheduling appointments, maintaining calendar
• Establishing and maintaining database
• Planning, organizing, and scheduling meetings and video conferences
• Coordinating travel arrangements for all levels of employees
• Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and preparing presentations
• Arranging for corporate events
• Assisting with immigration, licensing and registration procedures
• Assisting with invoices and LPOs
• Managing petty cash expenses
• Assisting Management with personal administrative tasks
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• A minimum of two years' experience in a similar position
• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
• Experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, manage complex schedules and handle work with little to no supervision
• Experience with DMCC registered company is an advantage
