Employment: Full Time

The Administrative Assistant in the coffee industry plays a vital role in supporting the business's daily operations, providing administrative assistance to various departments within the coffee company. This role requires a keen understanding of the coffee industry, excellent organizational skills, and managing administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:
• Maintain a well-organized office environment with a focus on efficiency.
• Manage inventory of coffee-related supplies and ensure their availability.

• Handle phone calls and inquiries related to coffee orders and business operations.
• Respond to emails from clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders promptly.

Order Processing:
• Assist in processing and tracking customer orders for coffee products.
• Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:
• Input and update customer information, orders, and inventory in the company database.
• Maintain accurate records of coffee blends, stock levels, and customer preferences.

Customer Service:
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Event Coordination:
• Assist in organizing and coordinating events such as coffee tastings and promotions.
• Manage logistics for events, including venue setup and coordination of promotional materials.

Administrative Support:
• Assist various departments, including marketing and sales, with administrative tasks.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.

AED 4000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.


• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
• Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in the coffee industry.
• Familiarity with coffee production processes and industry trends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Passion for and knowledge of the coffee industry is a plus.
