JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Mainly reception based, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors to the company, both in the office and over the phone. You must be presentable, articulate, punctual and organised. Ideally from a hotel / corporate reception background. You will be responsible for taking calls, passing messages, booking diary appointments, keeping front of house clean and tidy and meeting / greeting guests.

REQUIREMENTS

Hospitality receptionist background ideally. You should be organised, punctual, proactive and presentable. You will be required to work Sunday - Thursday 8.30 am - 6pm and sometimes be required to be flexible for the needs of the business.
