JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Associate to join our dynamic team in the human resources industry in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The Administrative Associate will play a key role in facilitating the smooth running of daily operations and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate administrative functions, including handling phone calls, managing calendars, and organizing meetings and appointments.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, and evaluating new office products.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient office operations.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
Salary:
AED
4,000 to 6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
