Employment: Full Time

Position Title: Administrative/Legal Assistant
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Description
• Arranging execution of legal documents (NDAs, contracts, etc)
• Preparing and maintaining of board minutes,
• Conducting legal research, contract reviews and collect relevant documents and information
• Partnering with Sales, Product and Compliance teams to resolve open contractual points
• Drafting and negotiating agreements to support commercial activities (e.g., referral, exclusivity)
• Coordinating the execution of agreements
• Continually seek efficiencies in process, contract automation and other ways to improve the team’s output and outcomes

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
• Open to Eastern European nationals
• Female, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in law or any relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same role
• Must know how to read the legal contracts at least
• Must speak English & French and preferably Russian
