JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Administrative Officer for Best Cleaning Services
- Handling clients enquiries, requests and follow-ups / client relations
- Create and manage client’s Database
- Answers inquires and follow up with clients
- Close contracts with clients
- Expertise in preparing Drivers and cleaners schedule
- Handles and expert in telemarketing (Calling clients from company database)
- Handle administrative tasks and support in marketing
- Able to do a proper training / orientation for new joiners (cleaners)
- Ensure closing deadlines are met
- Filling and proper documentations
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience working within Cleaning Services industry
- At least 2 years post university qualification experience
- Must have high communication skills
- Excellent command of English is essential
- If possible to join immediately
- UAE / Dubai experience
Applicants must be based in UAE
