JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Administrative Officer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualification

About the Client:
An international shipping company based in Dubai servicing Africa and Europe
Job Role:
• Functions as administration leader of office and will serve as the main point of contact to oversee employee records such as Visa, contracts, updates on records
• Covers some basic financial tasks like ensuring that supplies in the office are always checked, refilled, ordered, delivered and paid as well as processing payments of utility bills, etc
• Handles front desk task so all incoming calls, walk ins are answered and directed to the correct person as necessary and quickly
• Performs documentation optimization thru helping the team’s tasks stay organized
• Optimize files through Dropbox or shared access on cloud within the office
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
• Open to European nationals
• Male/Female, 35 years old and below
• At least 3 years of experience in the same role in an international environment
• Must have experience in using Dropbox and other shared drives within the team
• Skilled user of the calendar with expertise in taking notes
