JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and dedicated individual to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on precision and has a strong ability to manage multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform administrative duties including coordinating with suppliers, preparing quotations, and creating presentations.
• Manage HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Assist with operational tasks and ensure smooth project execution.
• Be proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• HR and operational experience is highly desirable.
• Expertise in Microsoft 360.
• Experience with the Odoo application is a plus.
• Ability to manage online platforms or web pages.
• Trustworthy and presentable with excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate would be someone who’s detail-oriented, trustworthy, and very organized. They should have a bachelor’s degree and about three to five years of relevant experience in administrative and HR roles. They should also have strong communication skills in English, with Arabic as a plus, and be proficient in Microsoft 360. Experience with Odoo is a bonus, and they should be comfortable managing online platforms. Overall, someone who’s proactive, professional, and ready to take on a variety of tasks would be perfect!
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 12,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
