Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to support our team and ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks.

• Coordinating with store managers to ensure that all operational activities run smoothly and efficiently.
• Preparing reports on sales, inventory, and other store-related data, and presenting this information to senior management.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of store transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring that all customer issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure that store shelves are stocked with the necessary products.
• Developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures to ensure that all store operations run smoothly.
• Managing store payroll and ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Coordinating with other departments within the company to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer orders, payments, and deliveries.
• Coordinating with suppliers and logistics companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Generating reports and performing data entry tasks using various software programs.
• Assisting with the preparation and processing of invoices, purchase orders, Product presentation and other financial documents.
• Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
• Providing general administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and meetings, making travel arrangements, and handling other ad-hoc requests.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Knowledge of import and export regulations is a plus.

Requirements: The ideal candidate for this role will have the following qualifications and experience:

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a retail administrative role, preferably in a similar retail company.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Knowledge of retail sales and operations is essential.
