JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator/Personal Assistant (PA) to support our management team in day-to-day tasks
The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative duties, providing direct assistance to the manager, and ensuring the smooth running of manager's properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Personal Assistance: Provide general administrative and organizational support to the manager, including scheduling meetings, business trips, managing correspondence, and handling daily tasks
• Managing Properties: assistance with manager’s properties and arranging for long- term or short-term lease in compliance with UAE laws, arrange for full assistance with listing, cleaning, maintenance and supply stocking, communication and registering clients and guests etc.
• Documentation & Filing: Manage contracts, invoices, and other important documents related to the business operations and properties
• Reports & Budgeting: Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and tracking expenses
Requirements:
• 2+ years' experience as Personal Assistant or Administrator• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Experience in hospitality, tourism or property sector is a plus
