JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

To Support & Coordinate all administrative jobs and to provide quality sales coordination in order develop the Marine Automation Business.
- Sales/Service activity coordination
- Weekly inventory status reporting
- Invoice status reporting
- Delivery follow up scheduling
- Coordination with logistic department
- Developing ,maintaining the Sales/Service - expenses ,enquiry worksheets
- Report generation & weekly submission to department manager
- Correspondence with supplier & customer
- Sop generation & processing
- Quote generation with logging
- Offer follow up together with sales engineer field
- Documentation generation and keeping
- Attending ERP/CRM meetings & training

REQUIREMENTS

- Should be an engineering graduate with Instrumentation/Automation background
- Must have worked as Sales/Service administrator or coordinator within the marine industry.
- Should have 2-3 years of working experience in the similar role.
- Good communication skill
- Must have worked on MS office.
- Must be a very good team player.
- Should be a Filipino or Sri Lankan
- Holding a valid UAE driving license is added advantage.
