JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Administrator - 6 month contract - Must be on spouse visa (applications who are not on spouse visa will not be considered)

We are looking for a strong administrator to support our engineers and sales staff. you must have extensive experience in preparing tendering documents and in Microsoft packages.

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Prepare Tender Documents
• Follow up with internal and external stakeholders
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Maintain contact lists
• Book travel arrangements
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Provide general support to visitors
• Liaise with engineers and sales staff to handle requests and queries from stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must be on a UAE spouse visa
• Candidate must be available immediately
• Candidate must be living in Dubai
• Proven experience as an Administrator
• Strong knowledge and experience of office management systems and procedures
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers
• Excellent in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
