Position Title: Admissions Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai and Sharjah, UAE

An American school in Dubai and Sharjah.

Job Description:
• Manage student recruitment efforts, organizing events and initiatives to attract prospective students and families.
• Oversee the admissions process from application to enrolment, evaluating applicant qualifications and communicating decisions to families.
• Maintain accurate records of applicant data and enrolment statistics, using this information for strategic planning and decision-making.
• Cultivate relationships with prospective families and external stakeholders, serving as a primary point of contact for admissions inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with admissions policies and regulations, staying informed on industry standards and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in sales roles
• Background in student recruitment is an advantage
• Strong communication skills are required
• Candidates with home country experience are welcome to apply
