JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
As a Stakeholder Relations Advisor in the Chairman's office, you will play a critical role in managing high level government and stakeholder relations, mapping and fostering strategic relationships with domestic and international entities as well as ensuring seamless communication to support the Chairman's agenda effectively.

Description
* Build and maintain high-level relationships with government, corporate, and international stakeholders to align goals and objectives.
* Identify and develop detailed engagement plans for domestic and international stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive mapping.
* Plan and organize stakeholder meetings, including briefing materials, talking points, and adherence to protocol.
* Draft and manage high-level correspondence, talking points, and communications for senior leadership.
* Supervise protocol teams and ensure all communications meet organisational standards.
* Support the Chairman's engagements with pre-briefings, strategic preparation, and centralised management of schedules and communications.
* Track and analyse the impact of stakeholder initiatives, recommending improvements where necessary.

Requirements:
* Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in stakeholder or government relations.
* Proven experience working in high-stakes environments within local government entities, semi-government entities or large and complex organisations.
* Strong understanding of UAE government dynamics; prior Middle East experience preferred.
* Background in diplomacy or protocol management is highly advantageous.
* Ability to manage complex, cross-functional teams and interact with senior executives.
