JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Bion Group are a leading manufacturer of Trailers and Tippers within the UAE. Due to continued growth we are currently looking for an After Sales Service Engineer
The After Sales Service Engineer is responsible for offering continuing support and guidance to clients post purchase
This includes visiting client sites, assessing, diagnosing and fixing any issues being faced whilst ensuring the highest level of customer care is provided at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
- Qualified Mechanic with experience of working with heavy/commercial vehicles, preferably within agency.
- Experience of working with trailers is an advantage.
- Ability to learn a varied range of mechanical products quickly and thoroughly
- Presentable and able to communicate clearly with the customer
- Valid driving license is essential
