Employment: Full Time

Seeking an Area Aftersales Manager to enhance business performance, drive customer satisfaction, and achieve financial targets. Responsibilities include analyzing performance data, devising action plans, and monitoring progress. Key competencies include strong customer service skills, brand advocacy, and a track record of achieving results in an automotive environment. Degree level qualification or relevant experience preferred.

- Enhance business performance and customer satisfaction in the aftersales sector
- Analyze performance data and devise action plans to drive improvement
- Monitor progress and ensure completion of action plans
- Advocate and promote the brand identity of the organization
- Demonstrate strong customer service ethos and cultural sensitivity
- Possess financial interpretation skills for effective control
- Previous management experience in automotive or customer-oriented roles

Salary:
AED 28,000 to 32,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

- Seeking an Area Aftersales Manager with a proven track record in driving business performance and customer satisfaction within the automotive industry.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to develop and implement effective action plans.
- Additionally, cultural sensitivity, financial interpretation abilities, and previous management experience in automotive or customer-oriented roles are highly desirable.
