Aftersales SOP Development Executive - AF Motors - After Sales


We are looking to recruit an experienced Aftersales SOP Development Executive to join our Aftersales team, located in Jebel Ali, Dubai. The main purpose of the role is to provide support to develop Standard Operating Procedures and manage accordingly for ISO Certification activities for After Sales.

The main responsibilities of the role are to co - ordinate with each After Sales department to develop SOPs and process maps whilst supporting the SOP Champion to develop process flow mapping and written SOP documents; to maintain the SOP library (soft and hard copy) and keep track of renewal dates; to provide training to the SOP Champions of the After Sales department to fastrack the development of SOPs; manage ISO certification processes and perform audits to confirm the SOP process; to liaise with the Group Business Excellence department to ensure the process flow is as per corporate governance.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- Fresh to 2 years (preferably in SOP / ISO Certification background)

Job-Specific Skills:
- Ability to work on Microsoft Visio and other MS Packages.
- Ability to understand the business process and write it in structure way.
- Ability to understand ISO Certification requirements and manage it in job.
- Ability to train and coach, build relationships and utilize skills appropriately
- Ability to maintain fair, consistent set of standards to manage SOP check audits.
- Ability adjust priorities and structure time wisely in a fast paced environment
- Ability to think Long term standards.
- Ability to handle the pressure.
