JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

About the Job

Supports in coordination with Divisions in the company headquarter/ Sites and with Downstream Directorate for the development of long term strategic plans. Initiates proof of concept for new profit opportunities and supports in the preparation and finalization of the report. Supports in the development of new as well as review of existing product specifications in consensus with company stakeholders and Marketing requirements. Provides support in the preparation and development of Business Agreements. Supports in preparing and providing Company Utilities Forecasts to ADNOC on a regular basis.

Key Accountabilities

Strategic Business Planning
- Develops the company long term strategic plans to ensure mission and business objectives are in line with company's growth and economic returns.

Company 5-Year Business Plan
- Participates in the preparation of company's 5-year Business Plan on an annual basis to incorporate division wise company plans, production projections, operating margins and future projects.

Business Agreements
- Provide support in the preparation of Business agreements.
- Provide technical support on legal agreements, as required.

Coordination
- Coordinates internally within the Company, and with ADNOC Group of Companies, Downstream Directorate and major peers in the region in reviewing company activities as and when required.

Product Specification
- Coordinates with the Company Stakeholders, Downstream Directorate and ADNOC to develop new and review existing product specification.

Utilities Forecast (Power, Water and Natural Gas)
- Coordinates with Internal Stakeholder for utilities updates, validates and compiles company updated utilities forecast.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering.
- At least 6 years' experience in refining industry with more than 3 years of experience in Refinery Planning and Performance.
- Good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Arabic is preferable.
- Good presentation skills and computer literacy.
