JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Charterhouse are working with one of our leading development clients who is looking to hire an Analyst for their financial planning & analysis (FP&A) function.
This role shall assist their Controller in the provision of strong reporting tools, to deliver accurate financial analysis, linking to the investment and corporate objectives across the organisation. The role shall also extend to the overall planning function to cover all business entities and activities, which in turn, are allocated to the senior management to assist decision-support and commercial planning. A key aspect of the functional role is the ability to produce financial reports in compliance, with updated & relevant IFRS principles, whilst also being heavily geared toward forecast-based reports and financial modelling.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate should be a fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA) with an ability to demonstrate exposure and an understanding to real estate and property development both operationally and project-based. The client will require a candidate with a track record within Excel-based reporting and a capability to run scenario analysis and projection-based financial modelling. The nature of our client will require a strong, corporate and ambitious professional. Their market positioning places high demands upon their staff and all areas of skill-set shall be assessed throughout their hiring process.
