JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Manage full project lifecycle, scope / cost estimation and planning, milestones follow-up, risk identification and final acceptance.
• Coordinate between different project stakeholders (project team, client teams from different departments, third party vendors hired by client, project directors and partners).
• Monitor and supervise all project steps: business requirements, design, implementation, testing, documentation, production rollout and end user training.
• Ensure a complete business solution is implemented and manage change control.
REQUIREMENTS
• 4-10 years of experience in project management in an IT environment.
• At least 5 years of background in telecommunications, needs to be familiar with telecommunications network architecture.
• Previous experience in ETL/data warehouse/custom data marts/Business Intelligence implementations is needed.
• Previous exposure to technical environments (Oracle, Teradata, PL/SQL ETL coding) is preferred.
• Complex project coordination and delivery track record specifically for environments with 30+ and more stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate through a challenging and complex business, handle demanding stakeholders and manage and motivate difficult team members.
• Solid communication skills (spoken/written) is necessary as candidate will be required to interact with different departments independently.
• Fluency in Arabic is required.
• A degree in Engineering is highly desirable.
