JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a skilled Anesthesia Specialist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing anesthesia care and related services for patients undergoing surgical procedures. The role requires a high level of expertise in managing and administering anesthesia, as well as a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Administering anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process
- Monitoring and adjusting anesthesia levels as necessary during surgical procedures
- Collaborating with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety
- Assessing patients preoperatively to determine the best anesthesia plan based on their medical history and condition
- Providing post-anesthesia care and monitoring patients' recovery from anesthesia
- Participating in the development and implementation of anesthesia care plans and protocols
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of anesthesia administration and patient care
Requirements:
- Medical degree and completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency program- Proven experience working as an Anesthesia Specialist in a hospital or clinical setting
- Excellent knowledge of anesthesia drugs, techniques, and equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care and safety
Salary:
AED
45,000 to 65,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
