Position Title: Application Administrator

Job Description:
• Install, configure, and maintain software applications, ensuring proper integration with other systems; troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance parameters to monitor application performance
• Implement security measures and access controls to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with security policies
• Manage application data, including backups, restores, and data migrations
• Conduct testing, including regression testing, after application updates and changes ensuring full functionality of updated or new features
• Maintain accurate documentation of application configurations, procedures, user guide, training materials and troubleshooting steps

Salary:
AED 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
