JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Arabic Administration Officer up to 12k Aed for a Leading Group of Company in Dubai
• Creating, updating, and maintaining records and databases
• Updating office policies and procedures
• Scheduling company calendar and updating as needed
• Preparing reports on expenses, office budgets, and other expenditures
• Supporting department managers, staff, and CEO
• Preparing travel arrangements for office staff and managers; overseeing and preparing expense reports and budgets
REQUIREMENTS
• POSITION: ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
• SALARY: up to 12,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: Leading Group of companies
• WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 1-month)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ARABIC candidates
• Male, below 35 years old
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any relevant course
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in factory/manufacturing/engineering based companies
• Has experience handling blue collar employees
• Smart and dynamic who has experience handling PROs, Labor Camps, Facility Management and travel/bookings etc.
• Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
