Job Description
Lobby Coffee Man
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lobby Coffee Man to join Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi.
You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Lobby man , you will take ownership of our guests satisfaction and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all guests and offer assistance.
- Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service
- Be available for guests at all times as a point of contact
- Responds to guest requests promptly
- Acknowledge guest promptly and courteously upon arrival at the outlet
- Makes sure that tables and chairs are cleaned and fully set before a guest is seated at the table
- Serve and bus Coffee using tray service
- Ask guest if everything is satisfactory and anything else is needed
- Clean tables promptly, set and reset
- Do not gather at guests' tables or cashier stand
- Collects F&B items from the kitchen and returns used china and glass ware and silver to dishwashing area
- Collects supplies from stores and ensures all side-stations are correctly stocked, tidy and clean
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of the hotel and local services and supply information and respond to guest queries
- Ensures overall cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby
- Open the door for the guests and let him/her in first
- Ensure you are well groomed: uniforms must be neat and well pressed, name tag worn on the left side, black heeled shoes for ladies, neat and professional looking hair style.
Requirements:
Your experience and skills include:- Warm and caring personality; previous experience is an asset.
- Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management.
