JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Arabic/European Assistant Restaurant Manager up to 15K AED for a Major FnB Operator in UAE
• Coordinating daily restaurant management operations
• Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
• Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
REQUIREMENTS
• Open to ARABIC and EUROPEAN candidates
• Male or Female, below 35 years old only
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or any related course
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant role
• Strong exposure in STEAKHOUSE concept
• Must be knowledgeable on P&L
• Proven leadership and customer service skills
• Ability to comply with all Food and Beverage brand standards
• Demonstrates team management, delegation and issue resolution skills and the ability to multi-task
Salary offer is up to 15,000 AED full package depending on experience and qualifications.
