JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

On behalf of our client a leading government company that is based in Sharjah.

We are looking to recruit a Female Arabic HR Manager. Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for managing the HR department of the core activities aim at achieving efficient delivery of HR support to department heads to ensure the smooth functioning of the business through consistent equitable HR practices.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, preferably residing close to Sharjah, be aged over 40 with an MBA in HR or a CIPD qualification, ten years of HR including five years managing a HR team is essential.
