JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

On behalf of our client a leading Dubai based law firm, we are looking to recruit an Arabic Legal Secretary. Reporting to the Managing Partner you will be responsible for document typing, analysis,proof reading and formatting of legal documents, audio typing, take and transcribe oral dictation, providing secretarial coverage to other practice groups, preparing presentation documents and translation of English-Arabic (Vice-Versa) documents.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, be degree or diploma educated with 5 years similar experience within a law firm. Have experience in audio typing with strong English/Arabic and Arabic/English translation.
