JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

On behalf of our client a multinational US DIFC consultancy firm that is based in Dubai we are looking to recruit an Arabic Office Manager. Reporting to the UK based EMEA Office and facilities Director you will be responsible for organising and coordinating office administration and procedures in order to ensure organisational effectiveness, efficiency and safety, be responsible for developing intra office office communication protocols, streamlining admin procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision and task delegation.

Salary:
AED 18,000 to 22,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, be fluent in Arabic and English, have a minimum of 5 years Office management experience, 3 of which must be working at a DIFC based company. Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills, proficiency in MS office with excellent time management skills.
