JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Part of a wider group of companies, this entity is newly established and will report directly into the General Manager. As the Arabic Operations Manager you will be responsible for the day to day operations of this market leader within the company incorporations sector.

You will develop, create and implement the operational strategy for the business and ensure the team’s objectives and targets are fully identified and monitored. You will work closely with each individual department to ensure that all procedures, SOP and formalities are in order from the initial client contact though to service delivery and ongoing client relationships. This position will also ensure that the latest innovations and digital technology is utilised to maximum effect to encourage greater revenue across all sales functions within the business from new client direct sales to the renewals teams.

This is a highly cross functional role and therefore it requires those whom are Arabic speaking with an excellent standard of English and the ability to resolve issues in a professional and client- centric manner. Working closely with the Head of Revenue and the General Manger on a daily basis the overall purpose of the Operations Manager is to ensure maximum efficiency and a strong team dynamic. Therefore the position will also require a positive and proactive approach to team training and development in order to foster a culture of continuous improvement and best practice.

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in the attainment of the Arabic Operations Manager role, it is expected that you will have a minimum of 5 years of Operational Management exposure, as you will be responsible for an ever growing team. In addition it is essential that you have 2-3 years of exposure in the company set up industry and be fully knowledgeable with all processes for Trade licenses, visas, documentation and government liaison.
