JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The primary role of the Arabic Administrator/PRO to be a site based Contract Administrator based at a Nuclear Power Plant. Onsite Badging requirements and acting as a point of contact with government bodies such as ADM, Department of Immigration, ZoneCorp etc.
- Prepare and submit all requirements and documents for Site access
- Prepare, compile and issue Monthly Client Contract Report to the Client after approval from the Facilities Manager. ? Manage the Staff Camp Accommodation Process.
- Assist to manage, and co-ordinate updates for Quality Management System ( QMS)
- Prepare and administer relevant registers
- Assist to respond to reported issues and coordinate efficient and effective responses.
- Establish and manage ongoing relationships with relevant stakeholders.
- Support the Management Team to Manage the various company registrations and licenses
- Participate in performance management reviews.
- Attendance on-site on a full time Sunday-Thursday, office hours 8am – 5pm (excluding Public Holidays) plus as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Natural Arabic Speaker
- Service /Management Courses
- Higher School Certificate
- Customer Services Courses
- Advanced English and Arabic writing and speaking skills.
- UAE Driver’s License
- High level of knowledge in current computer software with essential knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook (or related programme) and Internet access.
- Knowledge of financial management an asset
