JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

On behalf of our client a leading Arabic FMCG company that is based in Dubai we are looking to recruit an Arabic Office Co-ordinator.

Reporting to the MD you will be responsible for all front desk management duties including answering telephone calls in a prompt and courteous manner, welcoming visitors, preparing visitor refreshments, act as liaison between the company drivers, warehouse and retail premises.

Salary:
AED 10000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, be fluent in English and Arabic, have a minimum of 2 years front desk experience within a professional company.

Working hours are 8.30am - 6.00pm 5 days per week ( Sunday to Thursday)
