JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Arabic Telephone Operator up to 3k Aed ++ for a Four Star Hotel in Downtown Dubai
• Answers incoming calls
• Directs call to guest rooms, staff, or departments through the switchboard or PBX system
• Places outgoing calls
• Receives guest messages and deliver the same to the guest. Logs all wake-up call requests and performs wake-up call services
REQUIREMENTS
• POSITION: TELEPHONE OPERATOR
• SALARY: up to 3,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation, duty meals, accommodation food and service charge
• HIRING COMPANY: Four Star Hotel
• WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 1-month)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE'S PROFILE
• Open to ARABIC SPEAKING nationals
• Male or Female, below 35 years old
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• At least a diploma holder or with any relevant certification/training
• With a minimum experience of 1-2 years in a similar position
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Well converse in Arabic language
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning and organization, and analytical skills
• With initiative and a team player
