Position Title: Arcade Receptionist/Cashier
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3K AED all -inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A themed gaming spot in Dubai, bringing arcade fun to gamers of all ages
Job Description:
• Providing detailed information, services, and offers to all guests
• Ensuring accurate processing of registration, handling payments, reservations, and card loading smoothly and efficiently
• Ensuring opening and closing procedures are done as per the SOP of the company
• Providing excellent customer service by assisting guests and resolving issues professionally
Requirements:
Qualifications:• Open to Asian & Tunisian nationals, 35 years old & below
• At least a high school graduate
• Strong customer service abilities, including accurate cash handling, counting money, making change, and processing transactions
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in fast-paced family entertainment environments such as mall arcades, theme parks, or similar venues
Salary:
AED
3,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Annual leave – 22 days per year, Air Ticket – economy for self, provided after 1 year
