JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join a Fit-Out Construction Division. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing and overseeing the implementation of architectural plans for Bids & fit-out projects.

- Develop and refine architectural designs based on project requirements.
- Ensure design feasibility and practicality.
- Coordinate architectural plans with other construction disciplines.
- Collaborate with the project team to meet project milestones.
- Communicate with clients to understand and incorporate their preferences into architectural designs.
- Present design concepts and revisions to clients.
- Stay informed about local building codes and regulations.
- Obtain necessary approvals and permits for architectural plans.
- Maintain accurate records of architectural designs, revisions, and project documentation.
- Prepare reports for project management and regulatory purposes.
- Assist in the selection of materials and finishes.
- Research and recommend innovative and cost-effective materials.
- Monitor architectural costs and propose cost-effective design solutions.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure budget compliance.
- Implement quality control processes for architectural aspects.
- Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Work closely with contractors to ensure accurate execution of architectural designs.
- Address design-related issues during construction.

REQUIREMENTS

- Al least 5-7 Years of experience working in a similar role.
- Preferably someone who has experience working in the Middle East for at least 5 years.
- Good Knowledge in MS Office
- Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Previous experience in architectural design and coordination.
- Familiarity with fit-out construction projects minimum 3 projects value 50-100 million.
