Architect

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures, ensuring that they are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant with building regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage and lead a team of architectural professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for architectural projects, including building plans, elevations, and sections
- Collaborate with engineers, construction teams, and other professionals to ensure that designs are feasible and structurally sound
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, address any issues that may arise, and ensure that projects are being completed to a high standard
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations, and integrate sustainable design principles into architectural projects
- Regulations by different authority (DM, Nakheel, Trakheels, DDA)
- Submission documents preparing

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution
- More than 3 years in UAE experience as an Architecture Designer or Draftsman, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and design capabilities
- Proficiency in Architectural Design software such as AutoCAD
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
