JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Lead architectural and engineering design processes.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to approved designs and local standards.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare and review project documentation and conduct site visits.
• Manage BIM models for tender proposals and ongoing projects.
• Submit timely tender deliverables and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Estimation and QS teams for tender data.
• Develop design solutions aligned with client expectations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering (relevant field).• Valid ADM Engineering Card required.
• 7-8 years of experience in architecture and interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, BIM, and SketchUp.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Arabic-speaking (preferred).
• Immediate availability preferred.

Salary:
AED
10,000 to 13,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
